- Burn – One of the rare, brave instances someone chooses to write from Frank’s POV. Amen.
- carve him as a dish (fit for the gods) – Casual reminder that Frank is a wild animal and, most terrifying of all, sometimes he’ll let you be kind to him.
- Cherry Wine – Because who doesn’t need a good old Kissing Distraction trope.
- The entire Dreams & Lasts series – JUST FUCK ME UP. My actual bookmark on AO3 says “I’m not crying, you’re crying.” Holy shit this MADE MY LIFE. YES. GOOD. CANNOT recommend strongly enough. All of the hurt/comfort we all need. All of the crucial relationship building.
- Familiar – Because Foggy isn’t the only one who gets the “See me the way Matt sees me treatment.” Only we Regret Everything.
- hangmans knot and three mouths to feed – Worth it jsut for the description “Frank Castle, Walking Bruise”
- (in our bedroom) after the war – In which Frank is an ass and other Defenders make an appearance!
- My Moment of Clarity – Back to the woods!
- Thin Red Line – Casual reminder that they’re both bitter assholes. And touch is hard.
- The Twist – There’s nothing quite like a Furious Frank Castle
- why me? – One of those Potential Ways The Reunion Could Go, so good. Because we all need them to irresistibly collide again.
